v0.11.0 - background music and chopping workbench improvement

New version of Skilllwood has been released.
Changelog:
- Added background music for game scene
- improved chopping workbench ui
- bugfix: increased player stamina bar ordering value to fix overlapping layers with bridge
- rebalance: made leveling slower, but workbench building easier
